Can you do this cheer??
The lyrics:
Oh yeah Oh yeah Oh yeah Hey
Oh yeah Oh yeah Oh yeah Ho
You are the one Singapore
Now is the time here we go
Oh yeah Oh yeah Oh yeah Hey
Oh yeah Oh yeah Oh yeah Ho
You are the one Singapore
Now is the time here we go
Beat of the Drum
Feet on the ground
Shout it out loud
Make us so proud
Oh yeah Oh yeah Oh yeah Hey
Oh yeah Oh yeah Oh yeah Ho
You are the one Singapore
Now is the time here we go
Oh yeah Oh yeah Oh yeah Hey
Oh yeah Oh yeah Oh yeah Ho
You are the one Singapore
Now is the time here we go

ACES 2009
The resolution is not good.
I am trying to fix the problem. Meanwhile... enjoy this and learn the steps.

SEP: Clay Target Shooting
Today (23 May), 38 Sec 2 students + 2 Sports leaders, accompanied by Miss Syikin and Mdm Lo, completed a course on clay target shooting.
For more information on clay target shooting, please click HERE.
Upon our arrival, a briefing and introduction was done.
Students were taught the different parts of a shot-gun : The barrel, trigger, etc.
We were also guided to find out which is our dominant/aiming eye.
Form a triangle with your fingers, as demonstrated by the students. Aim your 'triangle' at an object on the wall, be it a picture or a clock. Look at this object through this triangle. Now, ask yourself: Which of your eyes did you use to look through this tiangle? If you used your left, You have a dominant left eye.
The purpose of this activity was to establish whether there will be a conflict with your arm and eye. If you are right handed and have left aiming eye, you will face difficulties when you try to shoot. You will have to adjust the alignment of your aim.
After the briefing, all the students were given ear plugs and safety googles (for those who are not wearing glasses).
Reason for safety googles: When a clay plate is hit, it will shatter into many pieces and may hit anyone within a certain range.
Hence, safety googles are a must!
Then it was Shooting Time!
We met the other 3 instructors on the range.
Our instructor gave us more instructions and performed a demonstration.
These are real shot-guns and real ammunition.
The ammunition we used are bird-shot lead.
Then the students had their tries.
At first, they had to practise aiming and handling using a stationary metal target.
For our actual shooting, the clay plates will 'fly' out of a green structure on the range, under the remote control of the instructor.
After we have taken aim, the instructor will shout "pull". This command is for activation of the release mechanism, which will release a bright orange flying disc into the air. We had to track the clay plates's trajectory and then pull the trigger!
Here are some pictures of us having fun. (Only back or side view pictures can be taken, for security reasons. Photographer should not in the path of the shot.)
